Small wire harness


SWH™ is made from litz wires, twisted together to small wire harnesses. With the unique construction of the twisted litz wires gathered in a "bunch", the SWH™ is much stronger and more stress resistant than individual litz wires.

Applications: Hearing Instruments, earphones/IEMs and other micro electronics

  • Receiver In the Canal: SWH™ is ideal for applications where wires need to fit securely inside a tube. Available in skin colour, which makes the SWH™ discrete.
  • In The Ear/In the Canal: Perfect for microphones, receivers etc. The conductors are held together in a harness, which is easily placed inside of the earplug. It is no longer necessary to twist the wires together after soldering the receivers and microphones.
  • Behind The Ear: After soldering the SWH™ to the components, the SWH™ is easily placed and secured into position.
